I am so grateful that SST was my first school to visit during my stay in Singapore. As a Fulbright Fellow from the USA, I am in Singapore to learn about the educational system and how the teaching and learning of science happens in this country. I've been delighted to witness the student centred culture in action, from provocative design challenges, to lively debates about politics. In many ways you are living up to the bold claim of "transforming learning." Your students are likely to be an agent of change on the educational system: they will expect more "21st century" style learning and teaching. I wonder how this will play out, particularly in an exam driven culture? I look forward to learning about this and other aspects of your experimental culture. May you continue flourish!
